Israeli airstrikes and ground operations in the occupied West Bank city of Tubas have resulted in at least six fatalities, according to Wafa news agency. The latest violence includes an air attack on a car that killed five Palestinians and the shooting of a teenager in the Far’a refugee camp.

The Israeli military reported that three drone strikes targeted a group of fighters in Tubas, identifying Mohammad Zakaria Zubeidi, a notable figure in the Jenin area, as one of those killed. In a separate incident, Israeli forces shot 16-year-old Majed Fida Abu Zeina in Far’a, allegedly accusing him of carrying an explosive device. Wafa reported that the teenager was not only shot but also subjected to mistreatment and had ambulance access denied before being removed from the camp by a military bulldozer.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society transported two wounded individuals and the bodies of the deceased from the air attack to Tubas Turkish Government Hospital. Concurrently, Israeli forces have been conducting raids in the al-Ein refugee camp near Nablus.

The recent military offensive in the West Bank, which began last week, has already resulted in at least 39 Palestinian deaths and 130 injuries, predominantly in Jenin. Al Jazeera’s Nida Ibrahim highlighted ongoing destruction in Jenin, with significant damage to roads, homes, and a shortage of essential supplies.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) criticized the "lethal war-like tactics" used by Israeli forces, noting that Palestinian children are among the casualties. The current military actions represent Israel's most extensive assault on the West Bank since the early 2000s' second Intifada, with severe impacts on infrastructure and local communities.

Since October, Palestinian health officials report that at least 685 Palestinians, including 157 children, have been killed by Israeli soldiers and settlers.
